The Panopticon Wiki doesn't have many things it excludes. In fact, it's very rare that something will be put outside our fences.

We have just three rules:

1. The work must have been licensed. There are a few exceptions. The novel Campaign is valid because the BBC licensed it. Even though they rejected the end product, the fact remains that the work was licensed, so we cover it.

2. It must be released. A story that was cancelled before it was even made doesn't count.

3. It must be intended to have been set in the Doctor Who omniverse. In some cases, an author makes a joking parody that wasn't meant to be taken seriously. These aren't valid sources. Or perhaps it's a story that is deliberately not set in any part of the omniverse.
